Another Update

My Granny moved to a room yesterday, which is a great relief. They said they could not do anything else for her heart since she has so much damage, and because of her age, she is 87 years young:). They are at this point just trying to make her as comfortable as possible, and are trying to figure out her living situation, whether she will have a home health nurse, etc. She ate her first meal last night after several days of being fed through a tube, so I am sure that was nice. My aunt put her on the phone and she told me she loved me which made my night. It was great to hear her voice after not even knowing if she would make it last week.

Update on my Grandmother

My granny has been in the ICU after having two heartattacks and being revived with CPR, and just recently got taken off a respirator. She has a great deal of damage to her heart but they are not yet certain why. They are doing everything they can to make her as comfortable as possible but overall see seems to be doing better. She is off some of the medication at this point and is more alert. They put her in a chair yesterday and let her talk to my Dad and Uncle, she said she wanted to go home and see her dog:) If she continues to progress they will put her in a regular room soon. Please continue to pray for her health, and that she will have strength and patience during this time.

Prayer Request

I ask that you will be in prayer for my Grandmother, Clara, she is who Makenna Claire is named after. She went to the doctor today with pain in her leg, and found out she has a blood clot, they are admitting her into the hopsital and starting medication. They will initially inject medication in her stomach, and see how that works. Please keep her in your prayers, and pray that the medication will work. Thanks so much....

Four Generations

Aaron's sweet Grandpa Jona was here for Christmas and we were able to spend time with him, which was wonderful. Then his family came and spent the weekend with us in Columbia. It was great to have them there, so we got some pictures of the four generations, which is so special to me.
