Makenna's First Cereal....

Makenna is growing so fast...........

Makenna is four months now, and it seems like yesterday that she was born. She has changed so much since then....and grown finally! We went to the pediatrician for her checkup , and he finally said he was happy with her growth. We had been going every week then every two weeks since she was born to check on her weight. She weighs 12lbs now, and is 24in long, she is still small but the pediatrician is very happy with her growth, and we dont have to go back until her 6 month checkup! She also had to get more vaccinations , I cant stand that part.. but I know she has to have them. Overall, it was a very good checkup which was exciting.

We gave Makenna her first cereal on Saturday, which I was really looking forward to! It turns out she was as excited as I was, she basically cried the whole time. We tried again on Sunday, and she seemed to really enjoy it after she got more familar with the cereal. So we will see.. there will be pictures to come...
